In your smoothie blender mix:
-1 large peach (cored, cut in chunks; with skin)
-1 mango (cored, cut in chunks, with skin)
-1 cup of low-fat peach yogurt
-Cold orange juice
-1 tsp. Chia seed for omega 3’fatty acids
and even more nutrition.
Blend the fruit and yogurt in your smoothie blender and add orange juice a little at a time until you reach the consistency you like best.
