Here is a really quick and easy Peaches & Cream Oatmeal smoothie recipe that will help get all that goodness into your diet.
- Pre make 1 cup of Quaker brand Peaches and Cream Instant Oatmeal and let cool
- 1 cup Peach slices, fresh or frozen
- 1 cup Low fat plain Greek yogurt
- Pinch of salt
- 1 Tbsp. Chia seed (optional)
Place the cooled oatmeal mix along with the rest of the ingredient in your
blender and mix until smooth.
