The Chia seed is optional, but if you do use it, you add a lot of additional nutrition including heart healthy omgea-3 fatty acids.
2 frozen bananas, sliced and peeled
¼ cup peanut butter
1 tbsp. Chia seed
1 cup soy or low fat milk
Ice to taste
Using frozen bananas will probably negate the need for ice to make the smoothie cold.
