Enjoy a faux Pina Colada Smoothie which boasts a wonderful taste and flavors of pineapple and bananas that are fruits low in saturated fat, and a good source of dietary fiber, Vitamin C6 and potassium.
Combine in your blender:
▪ 1 cup of pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
▪ 1 small banana
▪ 1 cup of non fat Dannon Light & Fit Pineapple Coconut Flavored Yogurt
▪ 1 cup of pineapple juice
Process in In your favorite blender mix until smooth, and if you would like, top with some toasted coconut and a pineapple chunk!
