Fresh, canned or frozen, this combination of Pineapple, Peach, and Mango fruits makes a delicious smoothie treat! In your smoothie blender mix:
1 mango or 1 cup of frozen mango chunks
1/2 fresh pineapple or 1 cup of frozen pineapple or even 1 can of chilled pineapple chunks
2 peaches, cored and cut in chunks or 1 can of chilled peach halves or slices
There should be enough juice from these fruits to blend a tasty smoothie, but if you need to make thin out the consistency, just add an ice cube or two.
Pour into chilled glasses and enjoy!
