A plum smoothie recipe that is very easy to make and has quite a bit of nutritional value too. Of course, when plums are dried they are called prunes but they are tasty too. But this is a plum smoothie and also makes use of some leafy greens . I used baby spinach but you can really use anything you like. If you are expanding your smoothie diet recipe collection, this one is good to use.
2 deseeded plums (leave the skin on, it has a lot of nutrients)
1 frozen banana, peeled and sliced
2 cups of leafy greens (I used spinach)
1 medium tomato
Ice to taste (this plum smoothie can be even better if you make your ice cubes with filtered water)
