It appears that spring may finally be here and that can mean an onset of sniffles and colds as the weather changes. This Pomegranate Juice smoothie will give you a big health boost in an easy to make and delicious smoothie.

In your favorite blender mix:

  • 1 cup Pomegranate Juice (please, no concentrate!)
  • 1/4 cup red grapes
  • 1/4 cup fresh strawberries (they are in season!)
  • 1/4 cup Blueberries (fresh are best, frozen is OK)
  • 2 Tbsp. Chia seed
