There are times when we really have a taste for a really fruity smoothie and this quick and easy pineapple smoothie is one of the best. Here we have the very different tastes of oranges, pineapple, and peaches blending together exceptionally well to produce a really tasty, healthy and indulgent smoothie.
In your favorite blender mix:
– 1 Orange, peeled and quartered
– 1/2 a peach, pitted
– 1/2 cup fresh pineapple chunks (You can use canned as well but drain the syrup first)
– 1/4 cup of pineapple juice
– 1 cup of low-fat plain Greek Yogurt
– Ice to taste
Put everything except the ice in your blender and set to a medium speed. Once it is mixed smooth, add ice to your individual taste.
