Raspberry Greek Yogurt Smoothie
Oranges and Raspberries combine wonderfully. When mixed together in a smoothie they have a clean, refreshing taste. Add in a bit of vanilla or plain Greek yogurt and you have a healthy, low calories smoothie you can enjoy anytime of the day or night
As an added bonus you have just four ingredients to deal with so you won’t be investing a lot of time or effort in the creation phase.
In your favorite blender mix:
-1 cup of plain Greek yogurt
-1/2 cup of cold orange juice
-1 cup of frozen raspberries
-1 Tbsp. blender
Put everything into the blender at once and churn until you end up with the consistency you prefer. Then enjoy the fruits of your labor!
