This blend of Raspberries and Kiwi fruit is so refreshing, any time of the day!
- 1 cup raspberries fresh or frozen
- 2 kiwis, peeled and cut in chunks
- 1 cup yogurt (plain, vanilla, raspberry or kiwi)
- ½ cup milk (soy, lowfat or 2%)
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
Mix the ingredients in your blender and mix until smooth. If necessary add a few more ice cubes if you need to thin out the smoothie. The thickness will depend on the fruit, and typically if frozen, you will need less.
