Cantaloupes are quite a popular melon and (in my opinion) much easier to deal with in the kitchen than some other types. Nutritionally, they are loaded with antioxidants and vitamin C and they “play well” with other ingredients.
In this recipe, Cantaloupe is mixed with cherries, raspberries (Blackberries are an option too), and apple juice to produce a wonderful tasty and nutritious treat.
