Strawberries are a very popular smoothie ingredient. First, because they taste so good but also because strawberries are a very healthy fruit. No saturated fat, trans fat, sodium or cholesterol but a whole lot of fiber along with more vitamin C than you can use in a day.
Cinnamon has a smaller nutrition footprint, again without saturated, trans fat, cholesterol or sodium. A bit of carbs and some fiber. But, besides, the nutrition side, cinnamon is just a wonderful spice that improves any number of recipes.
