We call this a Summer Fruit smoothie but, by using frozen fruits, you can enjoy this recipe all year round. Starting your day with a healthy smoothie low in calories and fat isn’t the worst thing you can do.  Perfect if you are looking to keep calories under control to lose weight.

In your smoothie blender mix:

-1 cup of mango chunks (fresh or frozen)
-1 cup of fresh strawberries (fresh or frozen)
-3/4 cup of guava cut in chunks
-1 cup of banana chunks (fresh-1/2 cup frozen)
-1 cup of your favorite fruit juice. Tropical or Peach Mango V-8 Splash only are 10 calories per 8 ounces
