Ever wonder what the difference between “Greek” yogurt and regular yogurt is? Greek yogurt (also called strained yogurt, yogurt cheese, or “labneh” ) is simply yogurt that has been strained through a filter to remove the whey. The result is a yogurt that is creamier and not as sweet as regular yogurt with about half the sugar content.

Blackberries are not a true berry in the botanical sense. Technically it is classified as an aggregate fruit made up of druplets. Nutritionally speaking, blackberries offer a good way to get dietary fiber, vitamin C and vitamin K. And, as a bonus, they taste great too.
