Vitamin Rich Spinach Yogurt Smoothie

Mango’s are a delicious fruit that you can find fresh or in the frozen fruit section. Mixed with spinach you can blend a healthy, vitamin-rich, high antioxidant breakfast or lunch smoothie that is perfect for a healthy low-cal diet plan if you are trying to count calories or control your weight.

In your favorite blender mix:

  • 1 cup fresh spinach, washed
  • 1 frozen banana (TIP: peel and slice banana BEFORE freezing!)
  • 1 cup peeled and chopped mango (Fresh is best, or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup fat free soy milk
  • 1/2 cup low-fat vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp.Chia Seed
