In your favorite blender mix:

  • 1 cup Orange Juice
  • 1/2 cup Strawberries
  • 1/2 cup Blueberries
  • 1/2 cup Blackberries
  • 1 cup Chunked Pineapple
  • 1/2 cup Raspberries
  • 1/2 cup Low or No Fat Berry Greek Yogurt (your flavor choice)
  • 1 Tsp.Chia Seed
