This is a very tasty and healthy apple cider smoothie mix with just enough other good stuff added to make things really interesting!
Just to be clear, we are talking about the non alcoholic version of cider, also known as “soft” or “sweet” cider. In most parts of the world outside the United States the word “cider” will mean the alcoholic variety.
A little known apple cider fact is that it is the official state beverage of New Hampshire.
This recipe will give you two servings.
In your trusty In your favorite blender mix: mix these ingredients:
- 2 cups cold Apple Cider
- 2 cups Apple Sauce
- 1 cup cold Orange Juice
- 2 tbsp. Maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. Nutmeg
Blend until smooth and enjoy!
