Making a Banana Apple Orange Fruit Smoothie:
This smoothie mix of bananas and apples mixed with orange juice makes a delicious thick fruit smoothie for a morning breakfast or for any other meal you would like!
In your favorite blender mix:
1 frozen banana, peeled and sliced (TIP: Peel and slice the banana BEFORE YOU FREEZE IT!)
1 apple cored and cut in chunks (you can leave the skin on if you prefer)
1 cup orange juice (as always fresh juice has more nutrition and way less sugar than canned)
1 teaspoon Chia seed
Everything into the blender at the same time and churn until smooth. This mix can get pretty thick but it is easy to thin by adding a bit more Orange Juice.
