This Banana Blueberry smoothie is rich with antioxidants and Omega 3 fatty acids! The Omega-3 comes from adding the optional Chia seed which also adds a great deal of other nutrients as well. Even better, Chia has no real taste of its own so adding it is not going to change the results of this wonderful smoothie mix!
In your favorite blender mix:
1 frozen banana, peeled and sliced
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup V8 Fusion Pomegranate Blueberry Juice
1 tablespoon Chia seed
