You really have to try this banana mango smoothie very soon. It’s surprisingly good, it’s really healthy and it’s not like every other smoothie you’ve tried. It also works really well in a smoothie diet.
In your blender combine:
- 1 frozen banana,peeled and sliced
- 1 mango, peeled and sliced (or 1 cup of frozen mango chunks)
- 2 cups of baby spinach leaves
- 1 cup of milk (soy, 2% or low-fat)
Beat until smooth, and if you want to add some more spinach to thicken if you would like. Add a Tbsp of honey if you would like to sweeten you smoothie.
