Sweet and Tasty Banana Yogurt Date Smoothie
This has a really smooth sweet taste, so not only is it easy to make, but it can also be the perfect answer if you have a sweet tooth craving!
In your favorite blender mix:
1/c cup of cold milk (soy, low-fat, 2%, whole-your choice)
1 cup of banana yogurt
1 medium banana cut in chunks or 1/2-3/4 cup of frozen banana chips
2-4 pitted dates
1 tbsp. Chia seed
Blend until smooth and top with a pitted date to munch on too!
