This recipe pairs cucumbers with blueberries in a cucumber blueberry smoothie that works well as a healthy breakfast or lunch.
In your favorite blender mix:
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 cucumber, both seeded and peeled. Cut into small pieces
- 1/2 cup plain, low fat yogurt
- 1 cup pear juice or white grape juice
- 1 Tbsp.Chia Seed
