Blueberries are an excellent source of antioxidants, and research shows drinking pomegranate juice is definitely a plus for healthy living, offering a wide variety of healthy benefits including protecting your arteries, preventing osteoarthritis and lowering blood pressure. Using V8 Blueberry/Pomegranate in this Fruit juice smoothie recipe is both healthy and very tasty!

As a matter of personal taste I used as much blueberry in this mix as I could. If you aren’t as much of a blueberry fan as I am feel free to use whatever other flavor of juice and berries suits you. Its the wonder of smoothies, just about any combination will work!

In your favorite blender mix:

  • 1 cup of frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup of V8 V-Fusion® Pomegranate Blueberry  Juice
  • ½ cup of blueberry yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon of Chia seed
