– 1 20 oz canned pineapple chunks with juice
– 1 apple, cored, peeled and chopped
– 1 banana (or about 3/4 cup frozen banana chunks)
– 2 kiwis, peeled and cut in chunks

– 2 cups of broccoli florets
– 2 cups fresh spinach
– 1 cup frozen green peas
– 1 cup of apple juice
– 1 tablespoon of chia seed
