healthy spinach smoothie

Spinach, which is rich in iron gives you natural energy that is so important for your day. This tasty and healthy spinach smoothie is a perfect eye-opener!

The vegetables and spinach are the perfect blend for the perfect morning breakfast smoothie.  Place the ingredients in blender and blend on high speed.

  • 1 cup pineapple chunks-fresh, frozen or canned
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 banana, peeled and sliced
  • 4 fresh mint leaves
  • ½ Tsp.grated ginger
  • Ice to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. Chia seed

Put off to the side 8 ounces of cold water.  As are mixing the smoothie, add as much of the 8 ounces of cold water that you need to make the smoothie the consistency you like the best.
