The vegetables and spinach are the perfect blend for the perfect morning breakfast smoothie. Place the ingredients in blender and blend on high speed.
- 1 cup pineapple chunks-fresh, frozen or canned
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1 banana, peeled and sliced
- 4 fresh mint leaves
- ½ Tsp.grated ginger
- Ice to taste
- 1 Tbsp. Chia seed
Put off to the side 8 ounces of cold water. As are mixing the smoothie, add as much of the 8 ounces of cold water that you need to make the smoothie the consistency you like the best.
