As we have said any number of times before, the really unique benefit of smoothies is their ability to mix a lot of ingredients into one very pleasing treat. That is certainly the case for the following Banana Orange Berries smoothie. A really good, traditional smoothie mix that pleases everyone.
In your favorite blender mix:
-1/4 cup orange juice
-1/2 cup plain or vanilla low-fat Greek yogurt
-1 frozen banana (TIP: Peel and slice the banana BEFORE you freeze it!)
-1/4 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
-1 tbsp.Chia Seed
Everything goes into the blender at the same time and gets mixed until you achieve the consistency that you like best.
