In your favorite blender mix:
- 2 kiwis, peeled and cut in chunks
- The sections of 2 mandarin oranges or tangerines, peeled
- 1 cup of low-fat orange Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup of orange juice
- 1 Tbsp. Chia Seed
