This lemon sherbet smoothie recipe will yield between six to eight servings so its perfect for as a dessert at a dinner for friends, or a treat when the neighborhood kids are at the house.
Two pints of Lemon Sherbet (should be soft to mix easier)
One and a half cups whole milk
Two cups of the frozen fruit of your choice. Blueberries, Raspberries, or even peaches will work great
That’s it. Put everything in your smoothie blender and mix until smooth. Serve in chilled glasses.
Note: If you are concerned about fat and/or calories substitute low or no fat milk and a low calorie Lemon Sherbet.
