low cal detox smoothie

Smoothies can fill a number of nutritional holes in your meal plans, including detoxing your system. The following is a very low cal detox smoothie mix masquerading as a mixed fruit smoothie. Easy to make, very easy to enjoy and, best of all, very very healthy.

To get the benefits of this health bomb, in your favorite blender mix:

  • 1 cup chilled Diet V8 Berry Splash*
  • 1 cup of Dole frozen raspberries, 70 calories in one cup (you can confirm on Daily Plate Calorie Counter )
  • 1 cup of Dole frozen strawberries, 50 calories in one cup
  • 1 tbsp. Chia seed

*Each 8-ounce serving of Diet V8 Splash has only 10 calories, 2 grams of sugar and 3 grams of carbohydrates per serving and contains:

  • 100% of the daily value of vitamin A which is important for vision and healthy skin
