No matter if you’re busy counting calories and fighting your sweet tooth but still craving dessert, this low calorie chocolate smoothie is the perfect answer to stop those cravings. Delicious, filling, and still so low in calories, you can have it as often as you wish!
In your smoothie blender mix:
– 1 and 1/2 cups of cold milk (either low fat, soy, or 2%-your choice!)
– 1 cup ice
– 1/2 cup of water
– 1 package sugar- free instant chocolate pudding
– 1 tbsp vanilla
Top with fresh shaved chocolate for that perfect dessert touch! Serves four.
