In your favorite blender mix:
- -one cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
- -one half cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- -one half cup cold orange juice (with or without pulp–your choice)
- -one tsp. lemon juice
- -one half tsp. lemon zest
- -one half cup crushed ice
- 1 Tbsp. Chia seed
Blend all the ingredients, starting with about 1/4 cup of crushed ice and keep adding until you you get your preferred consistency. Serve and enjoy!
