Mango Banana Smoothie Recipe
This is one of the quickest and easiest smoothie recipes you can find. But that doesn’t mean that it isn’t really tasty or really healthy!
Bananas are a wonderful food with -0- cholesterol and -0- sodium. The average banana has about 200 calories but only 6 from fat. Also an excellent source of Vitamin C and Dietary fiber.
Mangos are also a great source of Vitamin C, even better than bananas. Also -0- Cholesterol and -0- sodium. Fewer calories with just 107, 4 from fat.
Put them both together to create a Mango Banana smoothie and you have a wonderful start to the day.
In your favorite blender mix:
- 1 cup sliced mango
- 1 frozen Banana (TIP: Peel and slice the banana BEFORE freezing!)
- 8 oz. low fat Greek yogurt (banana, vanilla, mango, or plain)
- 1 Tsp. Chia Seed
Put all the ingredients into your blender at the same time and mix until you get the consistency you prefer.
