– 1 medium banana
– ¼ cup of blueberries
– ¼ cup of strawberries
– ¼ cup of low fat yogurt: plain, vanilla, strawberry or blueberry
– 1 Tbsp honey
– 1 cup of cold low-fat or soy milk
– 1 tbsp Chia seed
Mix fruits, honey and yogurt in the blender and then add milk, blending until it is smooth.
