Here is a mixed fruit breakfast smoothie with a lot of punch both in taste and health. Pineapple brings a healthy does of calcium and fiber and the mangoes bring potassium. And, of course, all the fruit adds vitamin C.

If you always have trouble getting the engines started in the morning, I think this smoothie will help get everything moving in the right direction.

In your favorite blender mix:

½ cup orange juice
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup frozen pineapple
1 cup frozen mango
1½ cup low or no fat milk.
1 Tbsp. Chia seed

Everything into the blender at the same time an churn until smooth. Then enjoy and you are ready to face the day!
