There are so many articles about the importance of eating a healthy breakfast and having oatmeal for breakfast is a good way to start the day. Add the Chia seed and you give yourself a very healthy and nutritious breakfast that will keep you satisfied all the way to lunch.

½ cup of quick oats
1 carton low fat vanilla yogurt
1 cup of frozen apple chunks (or one small apple, cored, seeded and cut in chunks)
1 cup of frozen strawberries
1 tbsp. Chia Seed
