This orange banana smoothie recipe includes just three ingredients yet combines all the nutrition found in fresh Orange juice with the added fruit goodness of bananas and strawberries.

1 frozen banana (peel and slice before freezing)
1/2 cup strawberries (fresh in season, or frozen)
1 tbsp. Chia seed
