Mixed fruit and veggie smoothies are often not that sweet. Having said that, this papaya mango smoothie recipe has a sweet taste you will certainly love.
Optionally, you can also add 1 tbsp. Chia seed to increase the nutritional value including important omega-3 fatty acids. We recommend Chia over flax because Chia doesn’t have much taste of its own. This allows it to “disappear” into the recipe without changing the delicious results.
In your favorite blender mix:
– 1 cup chopped carrots
– 1 cup frozen mango, sliced
– 1 cup frozen papaya, sliced
– 2 Tbsp honey
– Ice to taste
Put all ingredients into your favorite smoothie blender at the same time and mix until smooth.
