1 cup of frozen blueberry
1 ripe peach, pitted and sliced or 1 cup of frozen peach slices
1 cup of orange juice
1 Tbsp. Chia seed
Just mix in your smoothie blender, pour and serve! And don’t forget-it is always a treat to chill the glasses first! A chilled glass, long straw and a topped with a big peach slice-and no one will even think this is food that is “good for you!”
