peach cantaloupe smoothie

Peaches and Cantaloupe come together to blend a Peach Cantaloupe smoothie that’s satisfying, so healthy, and easy to make. This recipe is a keeper!
This smoothie is a great summer treat. Loaded with fruits and juice, it makes a good breakfast smoothie, or a tasty afternoon snack.

  • ¾ cup orange juice
  • 1 cup cantaloupe chunks
  • 1 cup sliced peaches
  • ½ cup vanilla yogurt
  • (optional) 1 to 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • (optional) 2 to 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup

Blend only the orange juice, cantaloupe, peaches and yogurt to begin with. Add the lemon juice and maple syrup to taste.
