Incorporating smoothies into your diet over the holidays will certainly minimize the risk of consistently overeating, which will allow you to enjoy the important family meals, without guilt.  Make a Raspberry-Orange Sherbet Smoothie today!  It is easy to  make, and absolutely delicious! Just combine:

  • 1 cup chilled orange juice
  • 3/4 cups frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup raspberry frozen sherbet (or sorbet)

In your blender combine the three ingredients and mix the smoothie. Pour the smoothie in a chilled glass and enjoy!
