This Tomato Juice smoothie is a perfect lunch or late morning snack.

In your favorite
blender mix:
 

  • 3 cups tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup V8 or Tomato juice
  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 1 cup carrots
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 tsp onion, onion powder or onion flakes
  • 1 tsp Chia seed
  • Ice to taste

If you would like this recipe a bit more spicey, you can add horseradish and/or tabasco and serve with a slice of lemon and celery stalk for a delicious lunch!
