Mangoes are low fat, delicious treat that you can combine with a wide variety of juices and yogurts for a sweet refreshing afternoon snack. -1 mango cut in chunks
-1 can of pineapple chunks with the juice (Keep in the refrigerator to chill before using)
-1 cup of low-fat coconut Greek yogurt
-1 tbsp. Chia Seed (or Flax Seed if you prefer)
Mix all the ingredients in your blender at once until smooth–and if you want to serve as a special treat add some toasted coconut on top as a garnish.
If you are not watching your calories and want to “splurge” you can substitute the yogurt for a cup of coconut milk which is quite good, but it is also high in calories.
